For the past few months, we have been testing and refining how iGlowly Assistant is used. We kept noticing the same issue.
Smaller aesthetic clinics may face the same patient communication challenges as larger medspas. Visitors come to the website with questions about treatments, downtime, prices, and which options might suit their needs.
But these clinics may only get 500 or 1,000 website visitors a month.
Paying €249 every month for an AI assistant without knowing whether those visitors will actually use it is a difficult decision.
So we decided to change that.

And it will remain free.
Why we created a Free plan
Aesthetic medicine includes many smaller businesses: independent practitioners, solo injectors, small clinics, new medspas, and specialist practices offering excellent services with modest website traffic.
They still have visitors arriving after hours.
Someone might be researching laser resurfacing at 10 PM and want to know about downtime.
A visitor comparing two injectable treatments may not know which one is more relevant to their concern.
Another may want to know the price before booking a consultation.
And there may be no one available to respond until the next morning — or Monday.
That visitor might wait.
Or simply close the tab.
We built iGlowly Assistant for that moment.
Asking a small clinic to pay for unlimited use when it may only need 20, 30, or 40 AI conversations in a typical month did not make sense to us.
Now, it does not have to.
50 AI conversations every month — not 50 messages
We chose to limit the Free plan by conversations rather than messages.
For example, a visitor might ask:
“I have acne scars. What treatments do you offer?”
Then follow up with:
“I don’t want surgery.”
They might ask:
“Tell me more about CO₂ laser.”
And continue with:
“That sounds like too much downtime. What about Morpheus8?”
That still counts as one AI conversation.
Visitors can keep asking questions without using up a message allowance.

Free plans are not always meant for ongoing use
Free access to AI chat tools often comes with significant limitations.
Some platforms offer a small one-time conversation allowance that never resets. Others count individual messages or use credits and tokens that can be difficult to predict. Some free accounts lose access after a period of inactivity, while other products only offer a short trial before payment is required.
We wanted iGlowly Free to work differently.
The goal was not to give smaller aesthetic clinics just enough usage to test the Assistant for a few days.
We wanted them to be able to leave it on their website, let real visitors use it, and keep using it month after month.
That is why iGlowly Free includes 50 new AI conversations every month, with unlimited messages within each conversation.
And when the monthly limit is reached, the widget does not simply turn into a dead box that the clinic needs to remove.
New AI conversations are paused until the allowance resets, but visitors can still see a friendly message and use the clinic’s available calls to action, such as booking, calling, WhatsApp, or requesting a callback.
The clinic can leave the Assistant on its website and either wait for the monthly allowance to renew or upgrade to Pro for unlimited AI conversations.
You also don't have to build the treatment knowledge base yourself
This is another barrier we wanted to remove.
With many general AI chatbot platforms, you have to provide the content the AI will use.
For an aesthetic clinic, that can mean collecting pages, writing FAQs, creating treatment information, and maintaining the knowledge base.
iGlowly Assistant is different because it was designed specifically for aesthetic medicine.
The treatment content comes from our built-in medical-aesthetic library.
You choose the treatments and procedures your clinic offers, then add your clinic details, prices, and booking links.
The Assistant brings the two together.
The library is not just for paying clinics.
If you use the Free plan and offer a treatment that is not yet in our library, you can request a new guide. We will prepare and add it for you.
Free-plan requests may simply take a little longer to process than Pro requests, which receive priority.
We do not want a smaller clinic to be left with an incomplete Assistant simply because it is using the Free plan.

The Free version displays a small “Powered by iGlowly” label.
That is the catch.
Well, that — and the fact that we obviously hope some clinics will eventually upgrade.
That is the whole business model.
When does Pro make sense?
Some clinics simply need more.
They may exceed 50 conversations a month, want the Assistant to answer patients on WhatsApp Business as well as on their website, operate from several locations, need white label, or want priority support and faster content processing.
That is what iGlowly Assistant Pro is for.
Pro includes unlimited AI conversations, WhatsApp Business integration, white label, multiple clinic locations, and priority support.
But a smaller clinic should not have to buy Pro just to find out whether its website visitors want to talk to an AI assistant.
It can simply start with Free.
Why not just offer a 15-day trial?
We still offer a 15-day Pro trial for clinics that want to experience the full Pro offering.
But a short trial is not always the best way to assess a website assistant.
Traffic fluctuates, and demand can be seasonal.
One clinic might run an advertising campaign and attract hundreds of interested visitors in a week. Another may have two quiet weeks followed by a very busy month.
Surgical patients may also research for weeks before getting in touch.
A permanent Free plan gives smaller clinics time to see how their own visitors behave.
No rush.
No credit card required.
No deadline for deciding whether the product works for your clinic.
Start with real patients, not promises
Clinic marketing software makes a lot of promises:
More leads.
More bookings.
Higher conversion rates.
More revenue.
We prefer to let clinics see what happens on their own website.
Install the Assistant.
Let your visitors ask questions.
See which treatments interest them.
Understand the concerns they discuss.
See what they ask for that you do not currently offer.
And observe whether they move toward booking or contacting your clinic.
Then decide whether you need more.
