Your expertise.
Your procedures.

02 / The consultation decision

Before patients contact you, they need to understand your approach.

A visitor researching surgery may spend time comparing procedures, qualifications, recovery information and results before requesting a consultation.

Your website should make those details easy to explore, without leaving patients to piece together your approach from unrelated pages.

Example patient journey

From researching a procedure
to meeting the surgeon.

  1. Procedure information
  2. Surgeon and credentials
  3. Recovery and aftercare
  4. Fees and consultation
  5. Request an appointment

We connect each procedure to the surgeon who performs it, relevant patient information and a clear consultation route.

The website helps patients prepare their questions. Individual suitability, treatment recommendations and consent remain part of your clinical process.

03 / Procedure pages

Explain the procedure. Set expectations for what follows.

Patients need more than a procedure name and a photograph of the result.

We organize your existing clinical information into clear procedure pages, reviewed and approved by your practice before publication.

  1. The procedure

What it aims to address, the approach you use and what surgery involves.

  2. Suitability and limitations

Who may be considered, what the procedure cannot achieve and which questions require individual assessment.

  3. Surgery and setting

Your information about anaesthesia, the operating facility and the practical arrangements for care.

  4. Recovery and follow-up

Expected downtime, restrictions, aftercare and how your practice supports patients after surgery.

  5. Fees and consultation

Published prices or an explanation of how fees are determined, what is included and what the first consultation costs.

  6. Relevant results

Approved before-and-after examples, linked to the procedure and accompanied by explanatory captions.

04 / Surgeon, results and consultation

Make the person behind the procedure visible.

Your experience should be accessible from the pages where patients are considering your work.

The surgeon behind each procedure

Individual profiles bring together your qualifications, professional registrations, areas of practice and approach to patient care. A group practice can show which surgeon performs each procedure and where consultations take place.

Results with context

We organize approved results within the agreed gallery structure, with space for procedure details, photograph timing and explanatory notes. Your practice approves the images and captions for publication in its market.

A consultation patients can prepare for

Explain who the patient will meet, where the appointment takes place, what it costs and what happens afterwards. Give visitors a clear way to request or book that consultation.

We connect your existing scheduling or enquiry system through supported links, widgets or embeds. Appointments and patient records remain in your practice’s system.

05 / Your practice identity

A surgical website with your own presence.

Your name, photography, typography and writing should communicate the character of your practice.

Choose an established visual direction, then adapt it to your identity. Procedure information, professional credentials and consultation routes remain easy to find throughout the design.

Two ways to develop an editorial direction
The Dr Mercer demo homepage: light, restrained editorial design

Dr Mercer — the starting point

A light, restrained demonstration with generous space and a clear presentation of procedures and patient information.

The Dr Hallström website: dark editorial homepage with warm copper details

Dr Hallström — an adapted practice identity

A darker interpretation with warm copper details, expressive typography and a stronger personal presence.

Real client project presented anonymously. The name and identifying content have been replaced, and the demonstration uses licensed stock photography.

We agree the typography, colors, photography and layout within your chosen direction before building. Launch packages cover this agreed adaptation; design revisions after approval, a completely new concept and custom functionality are quoted separately.

iGlowly’s clinic CMS: content editing, connected content and publishing controls
Your practice information, ready for your team to update.

Your team can publish approved content changes when ready. We manage the underlying layouts, URLs, navigation, page relationships and technical settings.

Prefer to send us the changes? Your monthly plan includes managed content updates within its allowance. Changes you make yourself in the CMS do not use that allowance.

07 / Search and ongoing care

A clearer structure for patients.
A maintained foundation for search.

Connected information

Procedures, surgeons and locations together.

Clear procedure pages link to the relevant surgeon, practice location, fees and consultation information. Page titles, internal links, structured data and a sitemap support this organization.

Careful migration

Preserve the work already behind your website.

We review existing procedure pages, articles and relevant URLs before launch. Useful content is migrated, URLs are preserved where possible and redirects are prepared when pages move.

Ongoing management

Technical care after publication.

We manage hosting, security, backups, technical maintenance and performance while your team continues to update content in the CMS.

08 / Launch and pricing

A defined launch.
Ongoing website management.

From €250 to launch · €99/month

All prices exclude VAT. VAT will be added where applicable.

Your launch fee reflects the procedure families and existing content we need to organize, migrate and prepare.

The monthly service includes hosting, maintenance, CMS access and a defined allowance for content updates.

We confirm your visual direction, procedure content, gallery requirements and consultation connection before starting. You supply or approve the practice information; we handle the build and launch.

09 / Common questions

Before we build your plastic surgery website.

Can the website focus on an individual surgeon?

Yes. Your name, professional background, surgical approach and photography can lead the website. We also support group practices with individual surgeon profiles connected to their procedures.

Can you migrate our procedure pages and articles?

Yes. We review what you already have, agree which content to retain and preserve relevant URLs where possible. Where a page moves, we prepare a redirect to the appropriate new destination.

Can we update our own before-and-after gallery?

Your team can update approved images and captions within the agreed gallery structure using the CMS. Custom filters, additional gallery layouts or other specialist functionality are scoped separately.

Can we keep our consultation booking system?

Yes, where it provides a supported link, widget or embed. We confirm the connection before starting. Custom API development is quoted separately.

Who writes and approves the procedure information?

We first organize the material your practice already holds and identify gaps. Fully researched, custom procedure copy is available separately. Your practice reviews and approves clinical information before publication.

How do you account for our market’s requirements?

We adapt terminology, practitioner information, forms, privacy settings and promotional content to your market, and flag obvious issues during preparation. Your practice remains responsible for clinical approval and its professional and legal obligations.
