Claim and manage your iGlowly profile
iGlowly lists the aesthetic clinics and plastic surgeons of Belgium for free. If your profile already exists, claim it: you then manage your information from your dashboard.
One profile per clinic or doctor. First check whether it already exists: claiming it is faster than creating a new one.
Use a professional email address. Your practice or clinic address speeds up verification.
01Check whether you are already listed
Always start by looking for your profile.
Click the magnifier in the menu bar and type your name or your clinic’s name.
Browse the clinics, surgeons or cities: every city page and local page lists the practitioners of the area.
02Request the claim link
On your profile, ask for a secure link.
Open your page and click “Claim profile”, below the “Address & contact” block.
Enter your professional email address, then request the link.
You receive an email with a secure link. Click it to continue.
03Create your account or log in
The link opens the login page.
Log in: the profile is linked to your account.
Click “Create an account”: full name, professional email, password (min. 8 characters, 1 capital letter, letters and digits).
Click the confirmation link you receive by email (valid for 1 hour), then log in.
04Complete your profile
After logging in, your dashboard opens on the claimed profile. Each section saves on its own.
Clinic Introduction, Contact & Address, Opening hours, Non-surgical Treatments, Surgical Procedures, Social links. Premium only: Media, Price List, Video presentation, Book now links.
Surgeon presentation, Contact & adresse, Treatments, Procedures, Where I consult, Education & affiliations, Social networks. Premium only: Media, Price list, Video presentation, Links to make an appointment.
Logos, photos, videos, prices and booking buttons are for Premium profiles only.
05Review and publication
What happens after you save.
Every change is checked by hand by the iGlowly team. It does not appear on your public profile right away.
4 to 5 business days. Premium profiles: 1 business day, handled first.
