Connected, indexable pages built for local SEO and AI search—with structured treatment, location and practitioner information.
From €250 to launch · €99/month
A professionally built, high-converting website for aesthetic clinics, plastic surgeons and med spas—designed around the questions patients ask before they book, then kept current for your clinic.
Every website uses the same audit-informed patient-information structure. Start with one of these four directions; we adapt it to your branding, photography, colours, content and tone. The structure and core design are already established, so launch packages do not include a new concept, custom structure or design revisions.
(26 treatments and 75 pages)
(25 treatments and 69 pages)
(18 procedures and 71 pages)
Two clinics may choose the same direction and still not look alike once their colours, photography, practitioners, treatments, prices and patient journeys are applied.
Choose the launch package that matches your clinic. We begin with what already exists, then build the structure around your patients, practitioners and services.
You choose the direction. You confirm the information. We handle the rest.

Bespoke clinic website — fully custom, from the first line.
from€9,800
One treatment connects to several concerns, practitioner profiles, pricing and patient-information pages. A properly structured clinic website compounds quickly.
We start from your treatments and procedures. Each one links to the concerns it addresses, the practitioners who provide it, its pricing, suitability and aftercare. The page count is what that structure produces — not a number we hand you.
A treatment counts where it needs its own patient-information page and linked concern path. Pricing variants, treatment areas, session packages and minor options within one treatment do not count separately.
After launch, every clinic receives the same managed service — hosting, maintenance, structured data, weekly updates. Only the work of preparing your clinic differs, and that sits in the one-off fee.
This is a managed website system, not an unlimited custom-design retainer. New layouts, original art direction and custom functionality are quoted separately.
Managed hosting, SSL, security, backups and performance monitoring.
Browser and device compatibility maintenance, sitemap maintenance, technical SEO foundations and structured data where relevant.
Booking, enquiry and WhatsApp contact-route maintenance, plus routine changes to practical clinic information. We maintain the routes into your booking system — the booking system itself remains your provider's responsibility.
One standard content update per week, up to four per calendar month. Prices, opening hours, practitioner details, existing text, images, FAQs, booking links and contact details. Updates are completed within two business days of your request.
Also included: iGlowly Assistant Free — up to 50 AI conversations per month.
Changes sent together count as one update, so it is usually worth batching a few small items into a single request.
Anything that is our responsibility rather than a change you are requesting: a broken link or booking route, a page not displaying correctly, downtime, security patching or performance work. We fix those as part of the managed service.
Unused updates do not roll over.
You can request additional standard updates at €25 each.
If your clinic changes information regularly, you can add 4 extra standard updates per month for €49/month, giving you up to 8 standard update requests each month.
The same update limits apply. Design work, new layouts or components, custom development, bulk content work and other larger changes are quoted separately.
Standard weekly updates can include price changes, treatment changes, opening hours, contact details, practitioner information, adding or removing team members, replacing images, updating existing text, updating FAQs, changing booking links and routine clinic-information changes.
Bespoke development, major redesigns, new custom components and unusual integrations are quoted separately. There are no surprise development hours quietly added to your monthly invoice.
A shared structure is not a shared personality. We do not run your clinic through a template and hand back a version of ourselves.
Your website, brochures and treatment sheets are the source. Your terminology stays—if you say “procedure” where another clinic says “treatment”, that stays.
Profiles and the way each practitioner describes their work stay in their own words, not rewritten into a house style.
Anything we draft is written to sound like your clinic, and confirmed by you before it publishes.
The result is your clinic on a purpose-built clinic framework—not your clinic fitted into someone else’s.
Patients do not all arrive the same way. Some arrive knowing exactly what they need. Others begin with a concern. Both want to understand what may help, who provides it, whether it is suitable, what it costs and what to do next.

Two entry points, one path. Pick a route — the five stops do not change.
How it works, how many sessions, what recovery looks like.
Who it suits, who it does not, risks and side effects, what to disclose beforehand.
Their qualification and registration, and how long they have practised.
The treatment price, the consultation price, and what is included in each.
With everything already answered.

She sees which treatments may help first — then all five, in this order.
He sees what it treats and what relates to it first — then all five, in this order.
What it is, how it works, how many sessions, what recovery looks like.
Who it suits, who it does not, risks and side effects, what to disclose beforehand.
Who performs it, their qualification and registration, how long they have practised.
What it costs, what a consultation costs, what is included in the price.
Book, or enquire — with everything already answered.
Miss one of these and the patient goes looking for it somewhere else. Usually at another clinic.
The same managed service, adapted to how patients approach each type of practice. That difference is not cosmetic—our audit found surgical and non-surgical websites failing in different places.
For clinics offering injectables, skin treatments, energy-based devices and combined non-surgical care.
The core problem is translation. A patient arrives with a concern—facial ageing, acne scarring, dark circles, volume loss—and a treatment list assumes they already know the vocabulary. Only a quarter of the non-surgical websites we audited connected a concern to relevant options. Your website is built to do exactly that, then carry the patient through suitability, safety, practitioner, pricing and next step.
For med spas and aesthetic practices with a broad treatment menu, several practitioners and high booking volume.
A large menu makes structure harder, not easier. Treatments multiply, concerns overlap, and a patient who cannot see which treatment addresses their concern leaves. The same architecture that gives a 25-treatment clinic 75+ connected pages handles a 50-treatment menu without turning navigation into a wall of names—and every treatment stays linked to the practitioner who provides it and the credential shown.
For aesthetic surgery clinics where the next step is a consultation, not a booking.
Surgery is consultation-first, and the website should reflect that. Our audit found that 47.5% of surgical journeys showed neither a consultation price nor an explanation of what the first consultation involves. Your website explains the consultation, likely cost and what happens next—while keeping procedure, recovery, risks, practitioner and credentials together where patients are deciding.
Your current website, treatment or price list, brochures, consent and aftercare material, practitioner details and clinic photography. This is what we build from — we do not start your website from a blank page, and we do not ask you to invent information you already hold.
You choose the visual direction. We identify important gaps, prepare the structure, and ask you to confirm clinic facts and approve clinically sensitive content. If any pages would launch with only basic content, we tell you which ones before we build.
We apply your branding, photography and content, connect booking and enquiry routes, protect relevant URLs and prepare the site for launch. After launch, you send routine changes when needed.
You do not need to learn a CMS, rebuild pages, coordinate developers, write treatment pages from zero or manually connect dozens of related pages.
You confirm the facts. We handle the rest.

iGlowly is an independent healthcare technology business building digital products and web infrastructure for aesthetic clinics. It was founded and is led by Nathalie (“Nat”), a product engineer with 20+ years building websites, web products and mobile apps for clients across the US, UK and Europe.
A former medical doctor, she has worked in technology since 2002, bringing a research- and data-led approach to healthcare design.
Nat personally leads each launch from strategy and visual direction through to implementation and quality control.
Communication stays simple: your dedicated workspace and email, without account-manager layers or unnecessary calls.
LinkedIn ↗Nathalie was excellent in her work ethic, communication and expertise in helping us completely revamp our vBulletin set up. I will continue to utilize her skills and expertise in the future.
Nathalie is a reliable and versatile web professional who quickly became a trusted part of our team. She supported us across website and CMS work, landing pages, optimisation, and ongoing QA as our needs evolved. She communicates clearly, works quickly without compromising quality, and collaborates well with product, design, development, and growth teams.
Nat was amazing. She not only built what I needed, but also offered her expertise and advice throughout the process. She was flexible and fair, and explained clearly what was happening, what needed to be done, and how any issues were resolved. If you want the real deal, go with Nat — she gives honest, no-pressure advice when you need it.
Nathalie was amazing! After other freelancers told me the job would take weeks, she quickly assured me that she knew what I wanted and it was not complicated. Within two days she had completed the work. I’m a writer and do not have much experience with websites; Nathalie helped me with everything I needed.
We update the sitemap, check for broken links, preserve useful existing metadata where appropriate, and retain relevant analytics and tracking configuration where possible. Useful blog articles are migrated into your new Insights area with their URLs preserved where possible, and redirects added where they must change.
No provider can guarantee a fixed Google ranking, because search results are controlled by search engines. Preserving established URLs and adding appropriate redirects is the standard way to protect existing organic visibility during a migration.
If your email is hosted separately, we preserve the relevant DNS records and move only the website. If your email is currently bundled with your website provider, we recommend moving it to a dedicated service such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 where appropriate, and confirm the setup before making changes. We never cancel old hosting or change mail settings without first checking how your email is hosted.
In the UK, prescription-only medicines cannot be advertised to the public, so treatment naming and promotional copy must reflect that. Belgian rules place their own restrictions on advertising and promotional communication by healthcare professionals. We therefore do not simply copy an existing clinic website and reproduce every claim exactly as written.
The clinic remains responsible for approving its medical claims, clinical information and any professional or legal obligations specific to its practice.
Clinic and location targeting, page titles and descriptions, local and practitioner structured data, treatment structure, internal linking, consistent clinic information, crawlable content, sitemap setup and preservation of useful existing URLs. We do not promise rankings — we make sure search engines can clearly understand your clinic, practitioners, treatments and locations.
Your launch fee reflects the scope of the website we build; the managed service stays €99/month across every package. Choose the size that fits your services today, and we’ll take care of the website after it goes live—updates, structure and the practical details that keep it useful.

Pages purchased this way are yours to reuse anywhere.
We connect your clinic’s Instagram to the website and configure the feed or profile integration within your chosen design.
Most clinics already have all of this. Brochures and price lists are often more detailed than the website, which is why we ask for them — a printed treatment sheet frequently contains the protocol, session count and aftercare detail that never made it online.
Typical launch target is 2–3 business days for Practice Launch, around one week for Clinic Launch and around two weeks for Large Clinic Launch, measured from the point your materials are complete — website access, treatment and price list, brochures, practitioner details and photography — and assuming approvals come back promptly. If something is missing, or clinically sensitive content is waiting on your sign-off, the timeline pauses there.
Is it too fast to be any good? Reasonable question. The reason it is quick is that the hard thinking happened before you arrived: the patient-information structure was designed from an audit of 200 aesthetic clinic websites, and it is already built. Your launch is migration, structuring, branding, compliance review and quality assurance on top of that framework. Nothing is skipped — the two months an agency spends deciding how a clinic website should be organised is simply work we are not repeating for every client.
Larger or multi-location clinics are confirmed individually before work begins.
That is fine, and often simpler. We build from your brochures, treatment and price list, practitioner details, photography and clinic information instead. There is no migration to do, so the launch work goes into structuring what you already hold on paper.
The standard website includes GDPR and privacy foundations and is configured for the market your clinic operates in. We review cookies and tracking, enquiry forms, privacy information, treatment terminology, practitioner information, testimonials, promotional claims, before-and-after content and local advertising restrictions. Requirements differ between countries, and the clinic remains responsible for final approval of its clinical claims, medical content and professional obligations.
For multiple locations, more than 50 treatment or procedure families, a very large image library or a complex existing website, we confirm the one-off launch fee before work begins. The managed website price remains €99/month. The launch fee reflects the one-off work to prepare your clinic accurately — not the number of pages the system generates.
Yes. We connect your existing booking system rather than requiring you to replace it. If your system provides a standard booking link, button, widget or embed, we add it to the relevant booking and enquiry areas as part of your package. Custom API development is quoted separately.
To be clear about what this means: every "Book now" on your website sends the patient into your own booking system. We do not provide, replace or operate booking. Appointments, availability, deposits, reminders, cancellations, no-shows and patient records all stay inside your system, under your control and your provider's terms — nothing about your bookings passes through iGlowly.
Systems we support: Fresha · Treatwell · Phorest · Timely · Vagaro · Mindbody · Jane App · Cliniko · SimplyBook.me · Setmore · Booksy · Boulevard · PatientNow · NexHealth · Zocdoc · Doctolib · Doctoralia · Top Doctors · Pabau · Aesthetic Record · HubSpot Meetings · Calendly · Microsoft Bookings · Google Calendar booking links.
No booking system? The website works without one. Enquiry forms, WhatsApp, phone and email routes are part of the standard build, and a booking system can be connected later whenever you adopt one.
Because they are built to do different jobs. A website bundled with a booking system exists to get patients into that booking system. It is usually a small brochure — a handful of pages, a treatment list, contact details — and it is a feature of the software, not a product in its own right.
An iGlowly website is built as the thing that convinces a patient before they book: concerns linked to treatments, treatments linked to practitioners, suitability and safety information, pricing, aftercare and patient information, typically 60 to 100+ connected pages rather than five or eight.
We are not asking you to leave your booking system. We connect to it.
No provider can guarantee rankings, but we protect established visibility through URL mapping, preservation of relevant URLs, 301 redirects where required, sitemap updates and broken-link checks. This is included in the migration.
Yes. Useful articles are migrated into your new Insights area, with existing URLs preserved where possible and redirects added where they must change.
Your domain remains yours. We check how your website and email are configured before changing anything and preserve the relevant DNS records. If your email is bundled with your current website provider, we recommend moving it to a dedicated service such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. We never cancel old hosting or change mail settings without checking first.
Every launch is prepared with the local requirements relevant to your clinic in mind: treatment terminology, promotional claims, prescription-only medicines, before-and-after content, testimonials, practitioner information and privacy. These rules differ by country, so we do not copy generic clinic content across markets.
We flag issues and prepare content carefully, but the clinic remains responsible for final approval of its medical information, claims and professional or legal obligations before publication.
No. The information architecture is shared because it is purposeful. Your visual direction, branding, colours, imagery, treatments, practitioners, prices, testimonials, FAQs and clinic content are specific to your practice. Two clinics may choose the same design direction and still not look the same once their branding and photography are applied.
You are not buying a page bundle. Every launch includes the complete core clinic website, essential patient and legal pages, treatment or procedure pages, linked concern pages, practitioner profiles and an Insights area. A clinic with 16 procedures can easily reach around 69 pages; around 25 treatments can easily reach 75 or more. The package limit is based on the treatment scope we migrate, structure and maintain — not a page count.
No. We build from your existing website, brochures, treatment sheets and price list. Between those sources, most clinics already hold far more usable material than their current website shows — printed brochures in particular often contain protocols, session counts and aftercare detail that was never published online. We migrate and structure it, and write a basic version where something is genuinely missing. You confirm clinic facts and approve clinically sensitive information before publication.
Treatment and concern copywriting is available at €149/page where your source material is missing or very limited, or where you want substantially stronger original copy. You do not need to buy copywriting simply to have your existing treatments migrated. If any page would launch thin, we tell you which one before we build.
Part of any treatment page is simply factual. How botulinum toxin works, or what Profhilo does in the skin, is the same wherever it is written — every credible clinic describes it in much the same way, and search engines expect that.
What makes the page yours is everything around it: your protocol, number of sessions, pricing, who administers the treatment, suitability criteria, aftercare, results you see in your own patients and the questions your patients actually ask. Our structure pulls that clinic-specific information onto the page automatically.
One standard content update per week, up to four per calendar month, completed within two business days. Updates keep your existing website current: prices, opening hours, contact details, booking links, small image or gallery changes, edits to existing text or FAQs, practitioner information, and up to one new treatment or service page per month within the existing treatment-page structure, using content you provide or approve.
Design or layout changes, new sections or components, custom development, bulk uploads, substantial copywriting and custom integrations are separate requests. Fixes that are our responsibility — a broken booking link, a display fault, downtime — are not counted against your allowance. Unused updates do not roll over. Additional updates are €25 each, or €49/month for four extra per month.
You are not tied into a fixed term: you can cancel at any time, and your website remains available until the end of your current paid billing period.
Your domain, logo, photography, supplied content, clinic data and assets always remain yours. The underlying framework, design system, reusable components, internal tools and proprietary technology remain iGlowly intellectual property.
Copywriting you purchase separately is yours on payment. Pages written under the €149/page copywriting add-on, and articles produced under a blog content plan, transfer to you as soon as they are paid for, with no waiting period.
Clinic-specific written content produced by iGlowly as part of your launch package — rather than purchased separately — becomes yours to reuse elsewhere after 12 months of continuous service.
A portable copy of the implemented website is available free after 24 months. If you need to move sooner, an earlier buyout option is available. The portable copy includes your clinic-specific content and website implementation, but not iGlowly's reusable framework, tools, templates or automation systems.
Native ecommerce is not included at launch. The website can connect or link to external systems for booking, consultation deposits, payment links, gift vouchers and existing ecommerce stores. If native ecommerce is essential, speak to us before ordering.
A bespoke website is right when completely original UX, art direction or custom functionality is central to your clinic. For most clinics, an audit-informed patient-information structure with your own branding and ongoing professional management is the more practical route.
