What is included in the Free plan?
The Free plan includes up to 50 AI conversations per month on your website, with unlimited messages within each conversation. It also includes your clinic information, treatment content, booking and callback links, treatment and concern insights, and one clinic location.
The Free plan displays the “Powered by iGlowly” label and does not include WhatsApp Business, white label, or multiple clinic locations.
What is included in the Pro plan?
Pro includes unlimited AI conversations per month, the website assistant, WhatsApp Business integration, white label, multiple clinic locations, priority support, and faster price list processing.
Pro costs €249/month in Europe, $279/month in the United States, £219/month in the United Kingdom, and ₹27,000/month in India.
What is the main difference between Free and Pro?
Free is designed for clinics that want to use iGlowly Assistant on their website with up to 50 AI conversations per month.
Pro removes the conversation limit and adds WhatsApp Business integration, white label, multiple clinic locations, priority support, and faster price list processing.
What counts as one AI conversation?
One AI conversation is one chat session in which iGlowly Assistant responds to a visitor. A visitor can send multiple messages during that conversation without using additional conversations from your monthly allowance.
A new conversation starts after 15 minutes of inactivity.
Is there a limit on the number of messages within one conversation?
No. Messages are unlimited within an active conversation.
On the Free plan, the limit applies to the number of AI conversations, not to individual messages.
What happens when I reach 50 AI conversations on the Free plan?
Once your Free plan reaches 50 AI conversations for the month, new AI conversations are paused until your monthly allowance resets.
You can upgrade to Pro at any time to continue with unlimited AI conversations.
Do the 50 Free AI conversations renew every month?
Yes. The Free plan includes up to 50 AI conversations every month. Your allowance resets automatically each month.
How do I upgrade from Free to Pro?
You can upgrade directly from your iGlowly dashboard.
Once you upgrade, your Pro subscription starts immediately and your AI conversation limit is removed. Pro features such as white label, multiple clinic locations and WhatsApp Business also become available.
Do I get a 15-day Pro trial if I upgrade from Free?
No. The 15-day Pro trial is available to new clinics that choose to start directly with Pro.
If you have already been using the Free plan and decide to upgrade, your paid Pro subscription starts immediately.
How does the 15-day Pro trial work?
New clinics can start with Pro and use the Pro features free for 15 days, with no credit card required.
After the trial, you can activate the paid Pro plan to continue using Pro features. Otherwise, your clinic can continue on the Free plan with up to 50 AI conversations per month.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. No credit card is required to start the Free plan or the 15-day Pro trial.
Setup & content
How long does it take to set up iGlowly Assistant?
The basic setup takes around 15 minutes. You add your clinic information, select the treatments and procedures you offer, configure your booking and contact links, and install one script on your website.
Price list processing is handled separately and may take up to 48 hours on Free or 24 hours on Pro.
Do I need to write the treatment content myself?
No. iGlowly includes a built-in medical-aesthetic library, so you do not need to write treatment guides, FAQs or chatbot training content yourself.
You select the treatments and procedures your clinic offers, and the assistant uses the relevant content automatically.
What if a treatment I offer is missing from the iGlowly library?
You can request a new treatment or procedure from your dashboard. New guides are prepared and validated before being added to the library.
How does iGlowly know what my clinic offers?
You select your treatments and procedures in your dashboard.
The assistant adapts to your clinic and only presents treatment options that you actually offer. If a patient asks about something unavailable at your clinic, iGlowly can identify that unmet demand without pretending that you provide the treatment.
Can iGlowly use my clinic's prices?
Yes. You can provide your price list as a PDF or link. The information is processed and added to your assistant so patients receive prices based on your clinic's actual data.
Price list processing takes up to 48 hours on Free and up to 24 hours on Pro.
Patient experience
What kinds of questions can iGlowly Assistant answer?
It can answer questions about treatments, procedures, expected results, recovery, downtime, risks, preparation and practical clinic information such as pricing, consultation, booking and location.
It can also help visitors explore suitable options for concerns such as wrinkles, pigmentation, scars or unwanted fat, while limiting suggestions to treatments your clinic actually offers.
Can iGlowly help patients compare different treatment options?
Yes. When several treatments offered by your clinic may be relevant to the same concern, the assistant can explain their differences and help the visitor understand the available options.
It provides general educational information rather than diagnosing the patient or replacing a medical consultation.
What happens if iGlowly does not know the answer?
It does not invent an answer. If a question is outside the available medical content or clinic information, the assistant directs the visitor toward the clinic rather than guessing.
How reliable is the medical information?
iGlowly uses a structured library of 130+ medical-aesthetic guides built from sources including PubMed and PMC.
The system combines controlled medical content with AI to understand the visitor's question and formulate a natural response. The AI is not used to create an unrestricted medical answer from scratch.
Booking, WhatsApp & clinic workflow
Does iGlowly integrate with my booking system?
A direct booking-system integration is not required. You add your existing booking link, and iGlowly can present it when a visitor is ready to book.
The assistant can also keep other contact options available, including phone, email, WhatsApp and callback requests.
How does WhatsApp Business work with iGlowly?
WhatsApp Business integration is included with Pro.
iGlowly can answer incoming patient questions in WhatsApp, while your clinic can still see the conversation and take over when a human response is needed. When your team takes over, the AI is temporarily muted to avoid simultaneous human and AI replies.
Privacy & insights
Does iGlowly store patient conversations?
No raw website chat conversations or transcripts are stored by iGlowly.
The website assistant is designed for anonymous pre-booking conversations. Instead of storing chat histories, iGlowly extracts anonymous signals that can be shown as aggregated insights in your dashboard.
What can I see in the insights dashboard?
The dashboard helps you understand what visitors are actually asking about, including treatments and procedures discussed, patient concerns, practical topics and requests for treatments your clinic does not currently offer.
You see structured demand insights rather than having to read individual conversation transcripts.
Do I need thousands of website visitors for iGlowly to be useful?
No. A smaller clinic can use the Free plan for up to 50 AI conversations per month.
What matters is not only how much traffic your website receives, but how many interested visitors have unanswered questions before they are ready to book. Even a relatively small number of conversations can be valuable when they come from qualified visitors already considering treatment.
