The double funnel

Different patients need different ways to ask.

Some visitors want to explore privately before sharing any personal details. Others are ready to continue on WhatsApp, contact the clinic or book.
iGlowly Assistant supports both—without pressure and without pretending that every visitor is ready for the same next step.

Private questions. Informed next steps.

Intimate questions — price, wrinkles, the fear of a bad result — asked 100% anonymously. The assistant answers only from your clinic's real offer, nothing invented, reassures, then guides to book — or lets the patient request a call back.

Answers instantly. Then hands over.

A WhatsApp click means the patient is ready to continue. The assistant welcomes them, answers common questions and shares the right booking link. When personal support is needed, your secretary can take over the same conversation in one tap.

Daily reality

Open does not mean available.

Your team is open. It is not available. During opening hours, your front desk handles payments, welcomes in-person patients, and answers the phone.
A web visitor who waits 5 minutes for an answer is a lost patient.
And at night? On weekends? That is when your patients plan their treatments.

How much does it cost?
Do you offer payment plans?
Is this treatment right for me?
When can I go back to work?
Can I get Sculptra while pregnant?
Most of these questions don’t need a human.
iGlowly never sleeps, never takes holidays, and replies under 2 seconds, at the exact moment when the patient’s emotion and interest are at their highest.

Personal and health data

The questions that turn a visitor into a patient are the ones people won't ask on the record.

Aesthetic questions are personal.
Will fillers fix my under-eyes. How much is a rhinoplasty. Is it too late to start. People want to ask — but not if their name ends up in a log on someone's server, attached to a procedure they haven't told anyone they're considering. So they don't ask. They close the tab. And that visitor, the one who was ready to book, never becomes a lead your clinic hears about.
That's the real cost of a chat tool that stores conversations — and it isn't a fringe worry:
32% of people say they've already walked away from a company over how it handled their data.*
The iGlowly Assistant was built for the opposite.
No conversations stored. No personal data collected. No cookies. No tracking.
Questions get answered, the session disappears, and nothing follows the patient afterward. Nothing is stored, so there's nothing to leak.
Patients ask freely. You get the demand signal. Nobody builds a permanent record of who wanted what.

A different category

Not a generic chatbot.
A plug & play assistant to guide patients and
convert more visitors.

iGlowly Assistant is not a generic chatbot that scans a website and improvises answers. It is built to help aesthetic clinics answer real patient questions — without creating extra work, unnecessary risk, or false expectations

Built-in content. Nothing for the clinic to write.

Most AI chatbots need website pages, FAQs, documents, or training content before they can answer well.

Many clinics do not have that content. And they do not have time to create it.

iGlowly Assistant already includes 130+ medical-aesthetic guides for treatments and procedures, based on PubMed and PMC sources.
The clinic selects the services it offers, adds its practical information, and the assistant is ready to use.

Conservative, honest, medical

Serious clinics are careful with chatbots because they do not want answers that are too sales-driven, too vague, or medically risky.

iGlowly Assistant mentions the side effects, , contraindications, treatment limits, and realistic expectations. If Botox is not the right option for deep static wrinkles, it says so.

Medical sources.
Not TikTok trends.

The clinic controls the offer. The assistant handles the answers.

Clinics do not want a chatbot that promises everything or talks about services they do not provide.

iGlowly Assistant follows only the treatments and procedures selected in the clinic dashboard.

If a visitor asks for a treatment the clinic does not offer, the assistant says so clearly and only suggests alternatives that are actually available at that clinic.

Privacy-first by architecture.

Clinics do not need another tool that creates GDPR, HIPAA, or patient-data risk.

iGlowly Assistant is built differently: no cookies, no localStorage, no stored conversations. No raw visitor messages are ever saved.

If a visitor enters personal information, the system detects it and masks it before the message is sent to the AI.

What is not stored cannot leak.

Why generic chat tools fail aesthetic clinics

Standard live-chat tools, AI inboxes and generic GPT wrappers can work for normal customer support.
Aesthetic medicine is different. Patients ask about price, wrinkles, injections, recovery, complications, scars, fear of a bad result. The answer affects trust, safety, treatment expectations — and your clinic’s reputation.
Most generic tools leave the hardest part to you.
Tidio & Lyro AI

Tidio & Lyro AI

A solid support platform — but you still have to write and maintain all the medical content yourself, and usage-based pricing increases as conversations grow.

iGlowly includes the medical-aesthetic library, service control, and a fixed monthly price.
Tawk.to

Tawk.to

One of the most widely used free live-chat tools — but it is still a human inbox first, which only works when someone is available to reply Its AI, Apollo, is currently in beta, capped at 100 free messages/month, and has no medical content of its own: it answers from a knowledge base your clinic has to write and maintain.

iGlowly answers 24/7 from validated medical guides, without needing a human on the other side and without storing conversations.
CustomGPT.ai

CustomGPT.ai

Useful if you already have rich, comprehensive documentation. However, training a GPT on your clinic's website means training it on marketing—not on a medical knowledge base. Without specific details on treatments, contraindications, or recovery, it provides fluent but shallow answers, declines requests too often, and puts your clinic at risk.

iGlowly does not depend on your website: you select your real treatments, and the assistant answers from validated, built-in medical guides.
Before choosing a chat tool, compare what actually matters for aesthetic clinics: medical content, privacy, setup work, pricing, and booking flow.

FAQ iGlowly Assistant

How can I trust the medical information provided by iGlowly Assistant?

iGlowly isn't a generic chatbot. It's a digital patient assistant built on a clinical knowledge library. Every answer comes from 130+ pre-validated guides written from peer-reviewed sources like PubMed and PMC. The system doesn't "think" — it looks things up. The AI puts those facts into plain language; it doesn't invent them.

How does the calculator work?

The calculator uses two separate steps, both deliberately conservative.

First, it estimates how many of your website visitors start a conversation with iGlowly. This is only a small share of total traffic. By default, we use around 6–10% for med spas and 3–6% for aesthetic surgery, and you can adjust the percentage yourself.

Second, it estimates how many of those conversations become actual patients. For this step, we use only 5–6%, even though comparable 2026 benchmarks are higher at 10.35–12.43% click-to-lead.

We use the lower number on purpose because iGlowly is estimating the full journey:

conversation → enquiry → consultation → completed treatment

People drop off at each stage.

So the result is not a best-case scenario. It is a cautious estimate you can actually defend.

Do I need thousands of website visitors?

No. iGlowly does not require thousands of monthly visitors to make sense.

What matters is not only traffic volume. What matters is:

how qualified your visitors are
how many have questions before booking
how quickly they can get an answer
how much one new patient is worth to your clinic

For example, a med spa with 1,000 monthly visitors, a 5% conversation rate, and a $150 average treatment value could estimate:

≈ 50 conversations/month
≈ 3 new patients/month
≈ $450 in potential revenue

That may already help cover a $279/month assistant.

For aesthetic surgery, the traffic-to-conversation rate may be lower because patients are more cautious. But the patient value is much higher.

For example, a surgery clinic with 1,000 monthly visitors, a 3% conversation rate, and a $5,000 average treatment value could estimate:

≈ 30 conversations/month
≈ 2 new patients/month
≈ $10,000 in potential revenue

So the question is not:

“Do we have thousands of visitors?”

The better question is:

“Are interested visitors leaving because they cannot ask a question before booking?”

Why are the default rates different for med spas and surgery?

Because patient behaviour is different.

Med spa visitors often ask quicker questions about pricing, downtime, pain, product choice, preparation, or aftercare. Since iGlowly is proactive, we use a conservative default range of around 6–10% visitor-to-conversation engagement.

Aesthetic surgery is more private and more serious. A patient considering a facelift, rhinoplasty, liposuction, breast augmentation, or abdominoplasty may spend weeks researching before asking anything. They may want privacy, reassurance, and time before they feel ready to speak to the clinic.

That is why we use a lower starting range for surgery: around 3–6%.

The lower percentage does not mean surgery has weaker ROI. It means the decision is slower and more cautious. Because surgery values are higher, even a small number of additional serious enquiries can make the assistant worthwhile.

How long should we keep iGlowly live before judging the results?

We suggest keeping iGlowly live for around 2 months before judging performance.

One month can show early activity, but 2 months gives a better picture of:

how many visitors ask questions
which treatments create the most hesitation
what patients ask before booking
whether conversations turn into bookings or callbacks
whether the clinic receives better-qualified enquiries

This is especially important for aesthetic surgery, where the decision cycle is longer. A patient may ask questions now and book later.

iGlowly is not only about instant bookings. It helps you see and capture the pre-consultation questions that your website may currently be losing.

Does iGlowly work inside WhatsApp?

Yes. iGlowly Assistant can now work inside WhatsApp as well as on the clinic website.

The website assistant is for anonymous patient questions before someone is ready to share personal details.

WhatsApp is different. It is for identified, warmer conversations. The clinic can see the WhatsApp messages and reply directly.

If your team takes over the WhatsApp thread, iGlowly is muted for 30 minutes so the patient does not receive AI and human replies at the same time.

This creates a simple flow:

AI answers instantly → patient gets help → clinic takes over when needed

Is WhatsApp setup instant?

Not yet. WhatsApp support is currently in beta.

For now, clinics should allow around 1 day for setup, tuning, and testing.

The current setup uses WhatsApp Business coexistence, so the clinic needs an existing WhatsApp Business account.

This lets the clinic keep using WhatsApp while iGlowly supports incoming patient questions and allows human handoff when needed.

Do you use AI, and what role does it actually play?

Yes—but in a controlled way. The medical content is deterministic (fixed and validated). AI is only used to understand patient intent and phrase answers naturally and in multiple languages. It does not create medical content.

Is it HIPAA / GDPR compliant?

iGlowly Assistant is GDPR compliant and designed around a Zero-PHI architecture to minimise exposure to identifiable personal and health information as much as possible.
The assistant does not require a name, email address, or phone number to answer questions, does not retain full conversation histories, and does not provide clinics with identifiable visitor profiles. Personal identifiers entered voluntarily by visitors are removed before downstream AI processing, and only anonymous, aggregated analytics are retained.
For U.S. clinics subject to HIPAA, the applicable obligations depend on the clinic’s status and the specific data flow involved. iGlowly can provide its Zero-PHI documentation and, where appropriate, enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).  Trustcenter

Do I need to write or manage medical content myself?

No. Zero writing required. You simply select the treatments you offer, and your assistant instantly uses our library of 130+ validated procedures.

I don’t see a treatment I offer in my clinic. What should I do?

In your dashboard, go to the Customer Service page and select “Request a treatment or procedure.” Tell us what you’d like to add, and we’ll take care of the rest. New guides are typically added within 48–72 hours, as each one is validated against peer-reviewed sources (PubMed and PMC).

What kind of questions can the assistant handle?

It answers both treatment-related questions (indications, results, recovery, risks) and clinic-related questions (pricing, availability, consultation, booking).
When a patient expresses a concern (e.g. wrinkles, belly fat), it only suggests solutions your clinic offers.

Does iGlowly integrate with my booking system (Jane, AestheticRecord, DoctorAnytime, etc.)?

No complex integration needed. The assistant simply directs patients to your existing booking page at the right moment.

How much does iGlowly Assistant cost?

iGlowly Assistant offers two plans:

Free — €0/month
Up to 50 AI conversations (we don't limit messages) per month, with no credit card required. The plan includes the website assistant with “Powered by iGlowly” branding.

Pro — €249/month in Europe, $279/month in the US, £219/month in the UK, and ₹27,000/month in India.
The Pro plan includes unlimited AI conversations, white label, multiple clinic locations, WhatsApp Business integration, and priority support.
