What to prepare for each section of your dashboard. Fill in what applies — the assistant uses only what you provide. You don't write any treatment or procedure content: the aesthetic medical library is already built in, sourced from peer-reviewed literature (PubMed/PMC). You simply select what your clinic offers.
Write in your clinic's main language. Set it in the first section; translations for patients are generated automatically.
Save as you go. Each section saves on its own, and updates reach the assistant right away.

03Callback option
Let patients request a call back from the assistant.
When on, you get an email per request with the patient's name, phone, preferred date and reason — plus a direct add-to-Google-Calendar link with the date and time prefilled, so you can plan it in one click.
Where callback requests are sent. Required when the option is on.

The longest section, but every field is optional — the more you fill, the fewer questions reach your front desk. Translations are automatic.
