Before-and-after photos can be edited, prices are often vague, and the loudest voice tends to win. iGlowly is an independent platform that helps people understand aesthetic medicine, explore their options and find recognised professionals in the countries we cover. We bring together treatment guides, evidence-based articles and a professional directory, available in English, French and Dutch.
Our mission
Decisions about your face and body deserve clear information. Our mission is to make aesthetic medicine easier to understand: what a treatment can offer, what it involves and where its limits lie.
We believe everyone should have access to that information, freely and without pressure.

Our guides explain how each procedure works, its expected results, recovery and limitations, in plain language. iGlowly Insights examines treatments, ingredients and trends through the evidence behind them. We also explore the psychology of aesthetic marketing: why it works so well, and how it shapes our expectations.
Our articles draw on medical literature available through PubMed, PubMed Central and Europe PMC. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these organisations.

Our directory aims to include recognised plastic surgeons and aesthetic clinics in each country we cover. Profiles combine publicly available information with details supplied directly by clinics and doctors.
Today the directory lists:
- Belgium: 172 plastic surgeons and 432 aesthetic clinics
- United Kingdom: 251 plastic surgeons and 410 aesthetic clinics

What we don't do
iGlowly is not a clinic, a marketplace or a booking platform. We don't provide medical care, sell treatments or manage appointments. When you are ready to make contact, we direct you to the professional's official channels.
Independent and transparent
Patient information on iGlowly is free to access, and it stays that way. Our independence rests on clear commitments:
- No paid promotions.
- No sold rankings or preferential placement.
- No reviews for sale.
- No influence from Pro services on editorial content.
Where prices appear, they are indicative ranges drawn from published price lists or supplied by clinics. Your practitioner confirms the final cost after a consultation.
