She does not assume responsibility for mistakes and hides behind her finger. Skill is very important in this line of business, education is not enough, it was a highly disappointing experience and her lack of interest in meeting to correct mistakes, her complete dismissal was obvious and uncanny; I would have expected the opposite, a practitioner should care and offer solutions, instead of treating her work as a rough \"business transaction\". I would urge others to find SKILLED practitioners who can ensure QUALITY, Dr. Cuveele is definitely not it unfortunately.\n\nThank you for the reply. It is my responsibility to WARN others, and I am taking it seriously to do so because a bad job speaks for itself, and it speaks volumes !! And you cannot lie about the results... When every other person says \"Oh my God, are you ok?\" or \"You're having some sort of allergic reaction, your under eyes are swollen badly, are you ok?\" then you know that the practitioner has done something wrong. J'ai subi des injections de Botox et d'acide hyaluronique, et les résultats étaient complètement différents à droite et à gauche. Le Botox pour rehausser mes sourcils n'a donné aucun résultat. Lors de mon examen, la médecin n'a jamais admis son erreur et m'a expliqué que la différence était avant les injections, mais je n'ai pas compris. On fait ça pour corriger les imperfections, pas pour les mettre en valeur.\n\nMise à jour après la réponse de la clinique :\nJe suis sincèrement déçue de constater que, au lieu d’un échange respectueux ou d’une remise en question professionnelle, j’ai reçu une réponse accusatrice et remplie d’affirmations qui ne reflètent pas la réalité. Je n’ai jamais demandé de traitement gratuit, ni exigé quoi que ce soit au-delà de ce qui avait été convenu.
