Dr. Colpaert est un chirurgien plasticien certifié, ayant reçu une formation approfondie en chirurgie reconstructrice et esthétique. Il a obtenu son diplôme de médecine et sa formation chirurgicale à KU Leuven, puis a suivi des formations spécialisées à l'international au Royaume-Uni et à Londres, axées sur la chirurgie mammaire et faciale. Depuis 2011, il est chef du Département de chirurgie plastique des AZ Monica hospitals, où il dirige également l'équipe de reconstruction mammaire.
