Dr. Nicolas DHOOGHE

Dr. Nicolas Dhooghe is a plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgeon with a special focus on facial procedures, particularly rhinoplasty. After earning his medical degree and completing specialist training at Ghent University under renowned mentors such as Professors Monstrey, Blondeel, and Van Landuyt, he pursued advanced fellowships in craniofacial and pediatric plastic surgery at the Royal Children’s Hospital and the Melbourne Institute of Plastic Surgery. He currently practices at UZ Gent, where he contributes to the development of a multidisciplinary facial center. Dr. Dhooghe is known for his meticulous surgical technique and natural results in facial aesthetic and gender-affirming surgery. He is a fellow of the Collegium Chirurgicum Plasticum and an active member of the RBSPS and GAPS.
