Dr. Alexis Verpaele is a board-certified plastic surgeon in Belgium, internationally recognized for his expertise in facelift surgery, fat grafting, and aesthetic facial procedures. With over 25 years of experience, he co-developed the MACS-lift technique and leads the Coupure Center for Plastic Surgery in Ghent. A pioneer in regenerative treatments using nanofat, Dr. Verpaele combines scientific innovation with natural-looking results. He is an active member of ISAPS and ASAPS, and regularly trains surgeons worldwide. In 2015, he became one of the first surgeons in Europe to receive a PhD in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, awarded for his work on the MACS-lift, alongside Dr. Patrick Tonnard.
