{"placeId":"ChIJV28CXcvww0cRW4UEhvJMrQc","title":"o2 Clinic","avg":4.7,"reviewsCount":43,"reviews":[{"n":"Cal","s":5,"t":"I recently started the marathon electrolysis sessions at o2/2pass clinic, and it's the best decision i've made in years!\n\nI was really nervous about my first appointments, as travelling from the UK to another country for a medical procedure with people i hadn't met yet was daunting, but the staff at the clinic are the most genuinely warm, kind and welcoming people🫶\n\nI had two full days of electrolysis, one with Leah and one with Tania, who are both incredibly skilled at what they do and are also lovely people who really made me feel so comfortable, which really meant a lot🤍\n\nThe manager Lucia even facilitated my stay at the clinic, going way above and beyond and that made my first overnight stay for a medical procedure in a foreign country so much easier!\n\nI've had electrolysis before, and to anyone reading this who also has will know the pain involved especially around the upper lip areas.. but here at o2/2pass clinic the local anaesthetic injections are an absolute game changer, they really do make the world of difference.\n\nI've had 5 hours of electrolysis in one day without pain relief elsewhere in the UK before (including the upper lip) and it was both physically and mentally one of the most draining experiences of my life.. but with the xylocaine injections these two days of intensive electrolysis in Antwerp, Belgium were so comfortable, absolutely painless (the injections in my neck i couldn't even feel, and the 3-6 injections in the upper lip were nowhere near as bad as you would expect, and they're over in a second and then the next hour or two you can have electrolysis in the most sensitive area of the face ABSOLUTELY PAIN FREE!!\n\nThe prices at the clinic are competitive with anywhere else for the same procedures, but i cannot stress enough how the local anaesthetic injections change everything and i honestly felt so relaxed the whole two days of really intensive electrolysis.\n\nTo add to this, the pre- and post- session communication from the clinic, specifically Lin, is absolutely flawless, Lin always responds quickly and with really detailed, super helpful information and advice, and she is a really caring and supportive voice before and after your appointments.\n\nSo overall, having had electrolysis with multiple different people and clinics in the UK, i just cannot recommend o2/2pass Clinic in Antwerp highly enough, you genuinely will not find a single better place for electrolysis, the service they offer with the local anaesthetic injections is worth every single penny/cent, and most importantly the clinic is a genuine warm, caring place with the absolute best staff, Leah and Tania made my first experience go way better than i could have hoped for, they're such lovely people as well as incredibly skilled electrologists, Lucia the manager really makes sure you are looked after, and Lin gives the best communication to make sure any questions you have are answered thoroughly.\n\nIf you are considering having electrolysis, o2/2pass in Antwerp, Belgium is by far the best choice and i'm so happy i found them, as after so many years i feel i'm finally making progress, and in a really positive, welcoming environment with the most lovely people!🫶","d":"2025-08-13T00:37:05.213Z"},{"n":"Carine Cremers","s":5,"t":"Je vergeet bijna dat je een kliniek binnenstapt. Ik zag er bond en blauw uit en hij had er veel te veel ingespoten, iets waar hij eerst 4 weken over gelogen heeft, het was zogezegd vocht dat hij ging verwijderen…\n\nToen verwijderde hij weer teveel filler en wou er perse terug bijspuiten. Ik wou alles eruit en hij heeft mij dan nog eens 3 hyalase behandelingen laten ondergaan op een termijn van amper 10 dagen.\n\nMijn gezicht is helemaal verminkt.\nHij gaf verkeerd advies en loog over zijn fouten, om die fouten op te lossen is er te veel, op de verkeerde plaats en te snel achter elkaar hyalase toegediend.\n\nHein knapen liegt en manipuleert zoals het hem uitkomt.\n\nO2 clinic liet mij aan mijn lot over en Hein Knapen wou mij niet te woord staan.","d":"2025-02-20T15:00:40.615Z"}]}
