iGlowly Partner Program — Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 11/06/2026
1. Operator
The iGlowly Partner Program is operated by the founder of iGlowly within the Belgian cooperative Jobyourself Coop (SC), Chaussée de Charleroi 112, 1060 Saint-Gilles, Belgium, VAT BE 0479.233.349 ("iGlowly", "we"). By joining, you ("Partner") agree to these terms.
2. The program
Partners promote iGlowly Assistant and earn commission on clinics that subscribe through their unique referral link. Participation is free. We may accept or decline any applicant at our discretion.
3. Tracking and attribution
Referrals are tracked via a referral link and a cookie valid for 90 days from the visitor's first click. A clinic is attributed to a Partner if it registers and subscribes within that window. Where two Partners refer the same clinic, the most recent valid referral applies. Attribution depends on our tracking provider; we are not liable for referrals lost due to a visitor's cookie settings, ad-blockers, or technical failures outside our control.
4. Commission
Commission is 30% of a referred clinic's subscription fee, paid for each month the clinic remains an active paying subscriber, up to a maximum of 24 months per clinic. Commission accrues only on payments actually received and retained by iGlowly. No commission is due on free trials, unpaid periods, refunded amounts, chargebacks, or fraudulent subscriptions. There is no limit on the number of clinics a Partner may refer.
5. Payments
Commissions are paid monthly in arrears via PayPal, Wise, Stripe, or bank transfer (SEPA where available), to the payout details the Partner provides. A minimum payout threshold of €50 may apply; balances below it roll over.
To receive payment, Partners must provide accurate billing details: full legal name, full postal address, and VAT number where applicable.
Partners trading as a business must invoice iGlowly (Jobyourself Coop SC, VAT BE 0479.233.349) in accordance with applicable rules; iGlowly may require a valid invoice before releasing payment. Partners are responsible for the accuracy of these details, for any payout-provider fees, and for declaring and paying all taxes due in their own jurisdiction.
iGlowly does not withhold tax. Payment may be withheld until valid billing details (and, where required, a valid invoice) are received.
6. Refunds and clawback
If a referred subscription is refunded, reversed, charged back, or found to be fraudulent or self-referred, the related commission is cancelled and may be deducted from future payouts.
7. Partner conduct
Commissions are paid monthly in arrears via PayPal, Wise, Stripe, or bank transfer (SEPA where available), to the payout details the Partner provides. A minimum payout threshold of €[50] may apply; balances below it roll over.

8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close any Partner account and void pending commissions if these terms are breached. Either party may leave the program at any time. On termination, validly earned and unpaid commissions for genuine active clinics are paid out, subject to clauses 4–6; future commissions stop.
9. No employment
Partners are independent and act on their own behalf. These terms create no employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture. Partners have no authority to bind iGlowly.
10. Changes
We may update the program, commission terms, or these conditions at any time. Changes apply going forward from the date posted. Continued participation means acceptance.
11. Liability
The program is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, iGlowly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost or untracked referrals.
12. Law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
