iGlowly is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We aim to provide an accessible and inclusive experience for everyone using the iGlowly Assistant and continuously improve the accessibility of our software.
This accessibility statement applies to the iGlowly Assistant widget and its interface only.
It does not apply to the external websites on which the Assistant may be embedded, as those websites are controlled by third parties.
The iGlowly Assistant conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
This conformance claim is based on internal testing and self-assessment of the widget interface and functionality, including keyboard navigation testing, screen reader testing (NVDA and VoiceOver), color contrast verification, and responsive and zoom testing up to 200%.

The iGlowly Assistant is embedded using Shadow DOM to ensure style and layout isolation across different websites.
While accessibility has been implemented within the widget, some assistive technologies and browser combinations may interact with Shadow DOM content differently.
Where possible, iGlowly provides fallback mechanisms for screen reader announcements and is committed to improving accessibility compatibility over time.
