This page lists the subprocessors used by the iGlowly Assistant to provide the service.
A subprocessor is a third-party service provider that may process data on behalf of iGlowly in order to operate the Assistant.
iGlowly carefully selects its subprocessors and ensures that appropriate data protection and security safeguards are in place.
Supabase
Purpose: Database hosting, anonymous analytics storage, server-side logic (Edge Functions), and application infrastructure
Data processed: Anonymous analytics data and system data only. Chat messages are not stored.

Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services
Purpose: Detection and redaction of personal identifiers (PII) before AI processing
Data processed: Sanitised text processing for personal data detection only

Purpose: AI response generation for certain user questions
Data processed: Sanitised, non-identifying text only

Vercel
Purpose: Delivery of the iGlowly Assistant frontend script (widget.js) via global CDN
Data processed: Static file delivery only; Vercel does not store chat messages or analytics data
Location: Global CDN infrastructure

Stripe
Purpose: Payment processing, subscription management, billing
Data processed: Billing information for clinic customers (iGlowly Pro only)
Location: United States and European Union

Webflow
Purpose: Hosting of the iGlowly dashboard interface and administrative interface
Data processed: Account and dashboard interface data for clinic users
