The iGlowly Assistant does not use cookies.

The Assistant does not use:

• Tracking cookies;
• Advertising cookies;
• Analytics cookies;
• Third-party cookies;
• Browser fingerprinting;
• localStorage;
• sessionStorage for tracking purposes;
• Any persistent identifiers stored in the browser.

The Assistant uses only temporary session memory required for the technical operation of the chat during a single browser session. This temporary session data is automatically deleted when the browser tab is closed or after a short period of inactivity.

Because the iGlowly Assistant does not use cookies or tracking technologies, no cookie consent banner is required for the Assistant itself.
However, the clinic’s main website may use cookies independently of the Assistant.
