April 15, 2026 – Brussels, Belgium – Today's aesthetic clinic faces a problem that has nothing to do with technology. Research suggests that roughly 30% of patients arrive for consultations with expectations that cannot be safely or anatomically met — expectations shaped not by medical guidance, but by filtered images, TikTok trends, and social media content that has normalised appearances no procedure can reproduce.
The consultation starts before the patient walks in. And for most clinics, they have no control over what educates their patients before that moment.
iGlowly today announced the launch of iGlowly Assistant, a patient-facing assistant designed to change that.
NOT A CHATBOT. A PATIENT EDUCATION ASSISTANT.
iGlowly Assistant is powered by AI. It is not AI-generated.
The assistant uses artificial intelligence to associate visitors' questions with the right medical content — not to invent answers. Medical content is retrieved from a library of 100+ validated treatment and procedure guides sourced from PubMed and PMC. The AI cannot hallucinate treatments, invent facts, or produce answers outside validated clinical content.
iGlowly calls this a Digital Clinical Library: a deterministic medical knowledge base, with AI layered on top for language — not for decisions. When a patient asks about a procedure, the system does not think. It retrieves.
This means patients arrive at their first consultation already educated — on real clinical information, not social media content. Side effects are mentioned. Contraindications are explained. Limitations are stated clearly. The assistant reflects what responsible practitioners say, not what TikTok promotes.
“Most chat tools were built for lead capture and retention, not for sensitive healthcare use,” said Nathalie Guribashvili, Founder of iGlowly.
“Visitors ask private questions, return later, and see their conversation history still stored in the widget. For many patients, that feels invasive — and trust is lost immediately.
If your website feels invasive, careless with data, or medically unreliable, patients notice. That is one of the main reasons many clinics still hesitate to deploy chat tools today — and it goes far beyond regulation.
We designed iGlowly Assistant around that reality from day one.”
DE-RISKED BY ARCHITECTURE — NOT BY POLICY
iGlowly goes beyond compliance. The system is de-risked by architecture.
Rather than relying on legal disclaimers or privacy policies to justify invasive defaults, iGlowly Assistant minimises risk at the system-design level:
Because the system never processes or stores Protected Health Information, clinics are not required to sign a Business Associate Agreement. This removes a meaningful legal onboarding friction for healthcare providers.
What is not collected cannot be exposed.
BUILT AROUND WHAT PATIENTS ACTUALLY ASK
The assistant uses concern-based treatment mapping. Clinics submit their practical and treatment info in a secure dashboard, and it takes around 10 minutes.
DESIGNED FOR REAL HEALTHCARE EXPECTATIONS
The platform provides:
ACTIONABLE INSIGHTS WITHOUT STORING CONVERSATIONS
iGlowly Assistant gives clinics visibility into patient demand without retaining any raw conversation data.
Anonymous analytics reveal the treatments and concerns discussed most frequently, allowing clinics to identify real demand, adjust their offering and positioning, and align marketing with what patients are actually searching for.
The platform also surfaces unmet demand — treatments visitors repeatedly ask about that the clinic does not currently offer.
Most analytics tools tell clinics what happened. This tells them what to do next: which services to add, where demand already exists, and where competitors may be capturing patients they are not.
BUILT BY A SOLO FOUNDER FOCUSED ON TRUST-CRITICAL UX
iGlowly was founded by Nathalie Guribashvili, an entrepreneur with a background in web development and privacy-conscious digital product engineering.
iGlowly Assistant is the first product in the clinic-facing arm of a platform that also serves patients directly, publishing evidence-based guides on aesthetic treatments and procedures and maintaining a curated directory of verified clinics and surgeons in Belgium.
The product was built in response to a consistent market gap: healthcare providers needed the benefits of conversational AI on their websites, but existing tools were not designed for the trust, privacy, and clinical reliability standards that patients and providers in healthcare actually require.
AVAILABILITY
iGlowly is currently onboarding a limited number of providers through its Founding Clinics Program, giving early partners access to the platform while the team continues refining its assistant algorithms in real-world clinical environments.
The official public release of the premium version is scheduled for approximately three weeks from launch.
Founding clinics receive early access, priority support, and the opportunity to shape the product roadmap ahead of broader market rollout.
